Rumour floating around the forum yesterday- I have no information, but it seems curious.

It could be one of the young lads who are rumoured to be going to Aus, only speculating!

I heard a rumour it is Wilks, I'm not saying its true, just what I have heard can any one squash that rumour..??

Wilkes to Fev is the rumour doing the rounds. Hope its not true, we already could do with another prop in the squad, that would leave us needing two.

No offense to Fev but he could easily get another Super League gig if he wanted to leave. He made a big impact when he was on the field for us. I'd go as far as to say he was our best prop at times and that is saying something because Raleigh and Amor were consistently very good.

Along with Ellis, Wilkes would be one of the more puzzling departures.

Ellis and Wilkes both signed by JE i believe, if he goes it makes you wonder if there is a connection.

Rumours at the time were of large wages for these two, no idea if thats true.

Why would he want to go to Fev when he is already contracted to WTW ?

Which makes it all the more strange that they would join a team with a £300K(?) salary cap (of course if the Wilkes to Fev rumour is true).

Same could be asked of Andy Ellis.

The only reason must be the appeal of playing part-time. Chris Hill left a very well paid job plus a part-time contract with Leigh to sign full-time with warrington. Could be the other way round ?

There is a trend of non RA signings leaving, a few others may be worried about there stay at WTW coming to an end
