According to JE a statement will be on the homepage ASAP .... & it's already been dealt with so there's nowt to worry about .

A winding-up petition is far from "nowt to worry about". Whether "dealt with" or not.

Also JE has come out and said HMRC will be coming to visit Spirit of 1873 LTD on a monthly basis.

HMRC don't come out monthly unless they know they have something to get out of it.

He said ' For those asking a statement will be on web ASAP this issue has already been dealt with. Nothing to worry about we get a monthly'

Then he replied, 'Visit from HMRC because of our history '.

then, 'we are not its been paid'

Sounds like he saying it's something to do with what happened before,going into admin owing them money and them keeping a tight eye on what happens at the club.

You get a winding up petition from HMRC because you have not paid PAYE/VAT etc when due. Simple as that.
