If anything the news coming from over the common has stoked the flames more for me, we must not forget Richard Wright's letter against Newmarket. The one where he would let Trinity play in his new shinny stadium at GH, when in reality he knew (as most sensible none brain washed people)the sale of Weldon road would not cover the cost of building a new stadium!

He took a massive gamble with that letter and lost.

Never forget the season we were hammered at Cas and ridiculed by the speech on the pitch back in the 90's never forget what comes round goes round.

Talking of ridicule I will never forget the Wakey scrotes on the pitch at the end of the "million pound game" goading the Cas fans.

And the chanting at the last Magic weekend. It went something like Wakefield are going down, I pretty sure the boot is on the other foot now. I am all for friendly banter but Cas went over the top and started to cause trouble that day chanting and throwing bottles at Sam Obst walking down the touch line. I wouldn't miss that crap if they down and out but i do feel for the genuine RL/Cas fans you go to enjoy the game,

There will be plenty who wish to keep pointing to the actions of a few or who wish to point to the wrongdoings in the past - and there are plenty - but I only have time for the here, now and future and whilst I hope that Cas can get their act in order - off the pitch rather than on it of course - we need to keep the focus on our own aims and goals!

RW's failed attempt at scuppering NM at the PI was a poorly judged effort by a desperate man. I feel sorry for him more than anything - and for the fans he has misled into believing his false hopes. Plenty of people tried to point out the realities - but all were rebuked as just muck-spreading!

I don't wish any ill to Cas. I'll be happy if they stay and our rivalry continues.
The only thing I want is that no matter how good they are, we are better.

I'd have no problem with the days we beat them in a Grand Final or at Wembley.

That goes for stadium too.
Happy they are planning on developing Wheldon Road. Its a good plan. I don't mind the ground at all. But I'll also enjoy sitting in our shiney new stadium and thinking theirs looks a hundred years old and old fashioned.

I've been watching a lot of years and have seen a lot of games where we were easily the smaller club with a lesser future ahead. Of course the Cas fans enjoyed that.
We should enjoy our time too.

I don't go for all the sniping about cousins and our town is better than yours. I jsut want to be able to say we beat them, we look like remaining that way, and the kids of the future would rather play at our club than theirs.
We are not quite there on all those counts yet.
