Hi Everyone

I just wanted to give you all a quick update with the residency. I started working with schools on the iPad Mural project, depicting the history of both Wakefield and Trinity, last week and wanted to share with you what has been done so far.

I've worked with schools in both Barnsley and Wakefield and envisage working with at least 30 schools over the coming year. I am booked until next year, such is the popularity of the project.

The mural project (which forms part of the residency) will take 6-8 months to design, using the children's work to edit into a visual story, spanning the story of Trinity from 1873.

It's wonderful to tell the children stories of the great players and introduce them to both making art and to Trinity.

I am being kept incredibly busy, but its great and I am loving it.

Are you booked in at Ossett Academy yet Jason? The principal there spoke at the public hearing in favour of Newmarket and it's a sports college, so they have a strong focus on sport.

Hope you can use it somewhere if not just bin it. That gives me an idea, why not ask former players for some kind of artistic contribution , you could create another section.
