The more and more I read from Agar the more I like the guy and the more pleased I am that he is our coach....

A bang on assessment is that......I was very underwhelmed when he was appointed coach, but as the season has gone on I'm happy to say he's totally converted me. We've played a fantastic brand of rugby league.....he's given youngsters a chance and blooded a few in, and he got us into the play-offs against the odds.....

If there was one slight criticism I'd aim in the way we play and something I reckon we need to work on......I think we are too 'fair' at the play the ball and need to learn to slow the play the ball down more in the way the big teams do it and get away with it.....We were always on the back foot last night which made defending harder than it should have been.....as he said we were heroic in defense for long periods, but defending on the back foot for long periods like we were make it much, much harder....

The way Leeds (and other big teams) tackle in three's and take their time to peel off one by one allows them those vital extra few seconds to get their line set and defend on the front foot......something we need to learn to do I reckon....

Agreed, I have always thought we have lacked aggression and gamesmanship in the play the ball are, really needs working on.

I like this guy more and more he is a thinking man, and with the right back can do damage in the top eight.. get your season tickets people lets move our club forward..

Valid point but the only problem with that is that as a "smaller" club I have a sneaky feeling we would get caned by the officials if we did.Call it cynicism if you like but I honestly think that the bigger the club the more you can get away with.Wigan spent a whole season pushing the laws of the game right to the limit and somehow i just can't see us being given the benefit of the doubt to such a extent
