| One word of advice, do not play the kid at fullback, he doesnt have a clue, a decent winger but very poor defensively, hope he can figure out if he wants a career in rugby, he seemed to lose interest at Hull, no doubting his pace, good at u20s level but always seemed to struggle in first team. Good luck to the kid but cant see him ripping up super league anytime soon.

| Quote Uptoncat="Uptoncat"Can't believe people are bagging him before he's even pulled on the shirt. Probably the same folk who were bagging agar and Tim smith not too long ago! Let the lad get a good pre season under him and a few games for us under his belt before we judge him. Obviously the coaching staff see something they can work with as he's bagged a 3 year deal. Who'd have thought raleigh would clean up at our awards night twelve months ago? Who'd have thought that Sykes on loan would totally transform out season? Just because he has been regarded as surplus to requirements to the god that is Peter gentle doesn't make him a bad player. I know nothing I this lad but I'm prepared to give him a fair amount if time to prove his worth or otherwise.'"
Indeed, Agar knows the lad better than any on here - he's found a way to get most of our 17 to perform above expectation, we have no reason to doubt he can do the same for Reece.

| Cracking player but where would he fit in? We're strong in the back row, three quarters are fine with decent cover in mellars cowling walshaw (although agars sees him as a pack man) and possibly fletcher coming through the ranks next year.

| One of my favourite SL players is Whiting - effort, endeavour and tough as boots; a bit like Washbrook, in that he goes about his business efficiently without any housing, niggles or histrionics.
All that said, I can only see him coming if there's some complicated swap deal being brokered for Amor & PJ?

PJ is out of contract so we can sign him for free, no need for a swap.
There in no way we would swap Whiting, been outstanding for Hull this year.

It's supposition, based on a rumour - a bit like the 80 page thread on your board that if all were to be believed, would see you carry a squad into the 2013 season that outnumbered your supporters.
Is that ok with you?

| If Hull sign all the players they are linked with the squad would be bigger than the population of Hull.Got to hand it to Millward with the chase saga "put up or shut up".Its ok saying dont play Lyne at fullback but I remember Geoff Wraith playing and not being the best then he went to Oz and came back a hell of a fullback with the right coaching.
