Might be worth keeping with Kirmo on his way

Southern career for us = just hasn't happened for him. I think hes tried everytime hes been on the pitch.
Out of position all year and its not his fault our 2nd row has been magnificent MAriano, Kirmond, Ali etc. Just not happened for him he doesn't deserve the abuse. Don't understand it.

While I agree that it is a business, the 'employees' are far more than just that, they are the assets too so I would expect to hear an official announcement if something happened such as the former Captain leaving the club, it would be better than reading rumours on here.

Remember, we are living in a world of social media and are encouraged to follow the lives of people we would never normally meet, it's made us nosey!

Although they are employees and assets as well, we are not the owners. They are not our employees or assets so have no right to know. Of course we often do we have no right to the information.
And those employees and assets are still people.

Correct, but you can't on the one hand expect people to sign up for club and player Twitter and Facebook updates and then not ask questions when rumours are flying around and nothing is being said. Unfortunately, social media has created a certain level of expectation so it is natural to ask questions.

I have no problem with the questions. Its just that some people think it is their right to know. That's not quite the same thing.

But that's just what they are - rumours. As such I see no reason why any Business would feel the need to respond. If they responded to every rumour on here Elston would spend all day on these forums which would be a ludicrous waste of his time. The club will respond - assuming here is anything to respond to when the time is right for them and Steve Southern.

I get the point regarding social media and I must admit it makes me uneasy the way all clubs use it at the moment - it's a real double edged sword.

We as fans have to accept that WTRLFC is a business owned by one man - not even any shareholders as yet as far as I'm aware - and certainly not a members club which was the last time we the fans had any real right to know. We have to be more realistic and accept this, even though I too would love to know everything that's going on.
