I have been told 'allegedly' it is (some of) the clubs that would like to see the Reserves end in a hope to save some money. By sending the players out on dual reg they are hoping the Championship sides will take over their contracts.
With regards to Morrison it has been suggested that along with the Scholorships the clubs would run an U19's, so don't see why they wouldn't offer this position to Glen should it happen.
Without wanting to go against anyone on here though, and whilst I believe Glen is a good asset for the development of the youth at the club, if he does go he will soon be looked back on fondley but soon forgotten.
It was only at the back end of last season that everyone was calling for Tony Drury to be the next head coach and being praised for all his efforts with the youngsters at the club with whom he did everything that Glen is doing now and got the reserves to a semi-final against Wigan which I hope Glen can do also and go one step further, but since Tony has not been in the news so much of late, I don't here anyone on here asking where he is, saying how good he was or asking what is he doing now.
Clubs develop, people move on, but the fans remain and support whoever wants to be part of the red, white and blue
