Aiton along Amor and Washbrook make three players of genuine quality with a solid work ethic - build a pack around these three and we will start to win games. We can't afford to carry players on the quota that don't contribute to the first team. For me the quota players should be your top players that are automatically picked for the first 17 and some of ours aren't. We might as well work with british players and coach and develop them which will probably be cheaper.
