You have some plausibility with Ted but RW for all his faults is far from the only problem at Cas. Because he is the CEO and thus the mouthpiece makes him very visible but there are many others at Cas equally culpable if not more so - to say the loss of RW will release the shackles on Cas is a huge exaggeration IMHO - it will take a bigger cull than just him.
RW just like Ted made a big gamble regarding franchise and the ground that simply didn't pay off. It cost Ted and the club everything, in RW 's case it may only cost the club.To me it looks like he's getting out before it's to late and so he can distance himself - he's not as stupid as folk think.
