Hi Everyone
Just a quick update on preparations for the artist residency project.
This week I met with teachers and Heads of schools in Wakefield & Barnsley. I spoke to them about the project and we received a great deal of interest. It looks like I'll have a very busy year, which is brilliant.
On Sunday 1st July I'm speaking about the project on the James Deighton show on BBC Radio Leeds. I think I'm on about 4:30-ish.
Finally just wanted to thank you all for voting for me in the Culture Cloud Competition. I'm on 456 votes, which means I should reach 500 votes by the end of voting on 4th July. Link to site here

With the wonderful news about the stadium recently it's going to be a perfect time to record the rich history of the club and celebrate, through visual art, just who we are and what makes this club special.
I will keep you involved and up to date, and at some point in the near future I will be requesting for your direct help in some projects. It's going to be brilliant, and best of all we will be engaging with the children of Wakefield - and getting them to be part of the clubs legacy.
