Think some are going over the top having a go at R.A. asking for him to resign this season although I agree his team selection in recent weeks have been a little odd/desperate.
I also agree that giving R.A. a 3 year contract was too generous and in two seasons there should be enough time to put a team together that can compete consistently throughout the season and get into the top 8.
However I feel that there is a nucleaus of the team that R.A. can build around next season namely Cockayne, Kirmond,Lauititi,Aiton,Collis,Fox,Mathers,Washbrook,Wilkes, Walshaw,Sykes and Wood. If by this time next year, after sorting out the half back problems and the front row, things don't click then it will be time for him to go.
