I'm not 100% certain that Mr Parkin has great interest in us, but rather more so in NM.
When he was touted as being our saviour, i would have snapped his arm off, however the way he sniffed/reportedly sniffed, round cas and Bradford afterwards, he seems more interested in a RL team with ground issues within a twenty mile radius of Guisely, more than just a RL team.
I think the way the RFL jumped in to the Odsal issue, had something to do with his interest in the lease and thus shareholding of the Bulls.
I think his burning ambition is to turn Guisely into a football league club, anything else is either a distraction or a vehicle to fulfill this ambition.

There is still some mileage in him as a sponsor, but not as owner. Not at this time or for the forseeable future.

Can't say i'm that unhappy at that, he obviously is only truely interested in Guiseley and what it could mean for them rather than have our best interests at heart. I'd maybe have him on the board of directors but not as owner.

And as for what to call the new stands, name them after whoever wants to pay the most. Business is business and thanks to the RFL going with a naming deal that won't actually put any money in the kitty then there is a sizeable sponsorship income gap to fill.
