I live about 3 mile away from ground and it's really mild this morning. Grass around house is totally frost free and soft.

probably need to think about adding in drink breaks sounds like a scorcher.

All the ground in my gardens ROCK HARD and it does not feel like its warming up in sunny Ossett.

Just got back from a long dog walk round sunny Ossett; the ground is soft and squishy and the temperature is a balmy 5 degrees. At one point, I even took my hat and gloves off. All is well.
