I doubt Widnes will win, there signings arent that good but together they could do well how did there opening friendlies go?

Hard to predict the first few games of the season especially with new squads. Need to see how teams develop and form being established.

i predict a good away following, a cold evening and a win by 14 points for trinity. plenty of chemical smells on the way in to widnes, and some over zealous officiating in certain unknown areas - whichever side settles down and deals with what's being stamped on the better will gain an advantage.

widnes will fight and fight hard, if we get a 12 point lead we should have enough in the tank. will be interesting to see the relative fitness of the two squads.
