I am sure that I can speak , on this occasion , for ALL of the Cas fans and wish little Leon all of the very best , He truly is an inspiration to us all , and with all of the banter that flies between the two clubs , not always of the best of nature , he can remind us all of what really matters in life . Hi folks,
As it is Little Leons 1st Birthday i thought i would give you all that have asked a quick update.
Leon has an appointment back at LGI 22nd Dec, They have decided to attempt a Balloon Angioplasty to try and resolve the issues with his pulmonary artery, at this appointment we will be informed of the chances of success and the options of "what next" should it be unsucessfull. There is a possibility of us being in Hospital over Christmas, but I will gladly sacrifice 1 Christmas if i get many more with him!
So In a nutshell, He's doing well, but still has a way to go. You can follow him as ever on www.little-leon.blogspot.com Links on there also to his Just Giving page, where he is trying to raise as much as he can to provide presents for those little kids that have to spend christmas in hospital this year and beyond.
A merry christmas to you all, from us 3, enjoy Life, Enjoy your sport, and please remember no matter how passionate we all are about our respective clubs, when you weigh everything up, it's only a game.... |
