Chances are, we're probably paying Quins the difference between his contract with us and his contract with them. It frees up a quota space, though, and I'd like to hope we won't make the same mistake again.

i will tell you mate if i was lining up against these boys in the front row next year, i would honestly be happy. no size , no physical presence to speak of. . apart from johnson who imo is a second row and is wasted at prop. dowes nice guy but no better than anything you have got, probably another second rower. where is the grunt and aggression going to come from? you need a couple of props with some weight, power and aggression making the hard yards. leave the fancy stuff to the show ponies. i'd agree with you. get korki signed and another impact prop

From what I've been told, we would sign Korki, just not for the kind of money he thinks he's worth. His expectations may have been raised by his time at Salford/Cas/Hudds.

I'm confident we'll get Amor for next season, and we seem to be forgetting about Wilkes.

That said, I'd still like to see us sign up one more prop; ideally, a big beast, to add some grunt and power to the pack.

We need somebody like George Rose at Manly.
