I think that O`Haras , who were the administators of the old club, are also the administrators appointed by the Bank of Ireland to handle the receivership of the Tillion Partnership who had defaulted on loans taken out to buy Belle Vue, Tillion are associated with Southwell Ltd ( incorporated in the Isle of Man ), Southwell Limited are Trustees of the Southwell Trust and Javine Ltd ( incorporated in the Isle of Man ). Southwell ltd, Southwell Trust and Javine ltd are partners of the Tillion Partnership who are registered in the Isle of Man. Then you have the the covenants that apparently exist on the ground, plus the porperties around the ground in the car parks etc . Then I think I read that Spirit of 1873 bought oll the property above ground level.
When you look at the above why on earth would there be any confusion about ownership.
