I'll take the £100 offer purely for financial reasons, as will others who I have prompted to join. This is extremely hypothetical as Agar's appointment will kill the offer stone dead. The standard early bird offer has never been taken by me for purely financial reasons as I can never guarantee attendance at sufficient home games. I've taken it before (like I also took the Eric France sponsorship offer just before the million pound game when we didn't even know what league we would be in) just to give "the club" extra cash earlier.
I don't really want to stop supporting the team so I will have to be satisfied with token gestures, letters to the press/club/forums etc etc during any period that Agar (or Goulding for that matter) might be in charge.
There will be light at the end of the tunnel I'm sure. Many of us older fans have seen Trinity used before as a vehicle for individuals personal gains and I'm sure the Elston/Agar example, should it happen, won't be the last time.
