If the club are seriously thinking about giving Agar the job it could easily backfire. If they chose an young unproven HC such as Cummings or Wright then I expect they would be given more time to turn things round whereas with Agar the first time we lose a few games on the bounce everyone will be slagging him off and most likely the BoD for hiring him. This would quickly translate to falling gate receipts etc.
That said whoever gets the job will get my backing. If it is Agar - let's hope he proves us all wrong.
