I'm not sure we quite need that, i'll be happy as long as the appointment is well thought out and for the right reasons not financial. It doesn't have to be someone well known necessarily just someone who has shown that he may have exactly what we need to move forward. Appointing Agar would be ill conceived and he'd be on a hiding to nothing
.........but by taking on Richard Agar is a massive mistake, we might as well keep Mr Kear.
