| If Bowen and Wesser are looking to play in SL, I really can't see either of them ending up at WTW next season - Bowen in particular is a quality player.
I guess the panic mentality is setting in somewhat in terms of new signings; the longer this coachless vacuum continues, the fewer decent players will be available. The fear is that we end up exactly where we were last season, picking up the scraps and cast-offs that other clubs didn't want.

Signed for Wigan apparently, got bags of potential but he will be one hell of a project without any doubt. One thing is for sure though he is not the penalty machine he has the reputation for being.
The main challenge in relation to overseas players is the increase in the cap in Australia which will see average players able to command higher wages in the NRL, which will obviously have a knock on effect on their wage demands in the UK.
Coaches I feel need to really concentrate on developing players in house, and only recruit quality players to compliment them from overseas.
The Crusaders decision to fold does provide the opportunity to recruit a few good players that would help Trinity in the short term.
