We are still only part way on a journey, for a decent NRL coach/assistant, it may be too much of an ask to bring someone in and sort recruitment out what with uk boarder agency etc.
The club we are now may need some stability as we are still in our infancy, the club we may become WHEN Newmarket is passed could be a totally different thing.
On that thought I have to concede Noble could well be the man on a fixed term contract, giving him time to prove he isn't just Brian Smiths lackey or us time to scour the NRL.
That's if you look long term and have the belief.
