I think at first he was a good coach and did a really good job with us probably better than any previous coach in last ten years before he signed with us. I think now though he should be leaving as his coaching of us become the same and repetitive e.g. 5 drives and a kick. If anyone has noticed like me apart from this season we did well at the start of the season and then that performance seemed to die away once we got to around the mid point of the season.

That's a strange one seeing as we have a model Academy set up. I assume you mean he doesn't see enough of them through to first team RL. However had you lot had your way your team next year would have contained Murphy, Brough and Ferguson and at a push George and Grix which kind of defeats your argument.
