The difference is that Wakefield relegated Castleford twice because they played better rugby, not like now where a few s decide who gets relegated. Cas fans have nothing to be proud about if we are relegated. Well I say relegated but I don't think that's an appropriate word for the process any more.

What do you get for not finishing bottom and still getting relgated (disenfranchised) ?

Thats a bit harsh, I take it you have given up on a franchise?
After viewing "Boots n All" it seems to think WTWC are just one of many teams that may get the drop. Interesting that Salford weren't mentioned along with Castleford. Salford, apart from the ground, surely are much weaker in the application than yourselves? |
