I have no complaints to be honest if we lose out licence on the 26th. We have had more than enough time to sort tings out. We dug ourselves into the mess we are in. Nobody else put us into administration and caused our present problems.

I do think that Championship rugby will give us chance to regroup and come out stronger. We will have 3 years move the club forward and plan accordingly. We do need the fans to stick by the club, i know we have been let down, but this is a time when the club need us most.

You shape your result by slanting the question. There are different ways to fight our plight, and I think we should, as a club, work with the RFL, not against them. Widnes swallowed the pill and waited, and they are back in. What good will protesting do? The RFL are hardly likely to turn round and change their mind. Go down with some dignity and then rebuild to come back, and the best way to do that is to stick with the club, stick with the game, keep money coming through the turnstiles so that we can build a good team playing in front of decent crowds.

To get in the top flight we have to look like a top flight club when we are in the Championship.
