i agree with you, it is a good idea but i disagree it is not futile. any idea that seeks to improve the clubs position should be applauded. the belle vue that you refer to as a dump is also being improved at no small cost. the guy that is putting his money where his mouth is should be applauded and supported in every way we can. as for the entertainment on the pitch, with what we have got we are doing far better than anyone would have thought not long ago . most thought we wouldn't even start sl. kear and the young lads we have got are giving it their best shot. of course they will faulter now and again and i am sure you will agree that is when they need our support most. its easy to beat the drum when we beat hudds, its a little bit harder on the return trip from london after getting beat but i have enjoyed this seasonfar more than last season. remember t.w.a.s

Gates have increased with an ordinary product on the field so something is working.Wether it`s the TV Ads only the club will know ,buts great to see my club being innovative in advertising itself unlike before when we just expected people to turn up

I feel it’s a bit of a double standard trying to attract new support whilst at the same time banning lifelong supporters thus throwing away money.
However you still have to applaud Mr Glover for his effort.

The only ones I can think of are those involved in a dispute with the club over their former employment.

Depends who it is and why they are banned. If its the Richardsons then after the state they left the club in I have to say that I wouldn't be overly concerned, and there aren't that many of them so it's hardly hampering our finances (in fact their employment action is properly doing more to our income than them not attending).

If it happens there will be no one more happy than myself and I will be the first to say well done. However unless I am missing something I have seen very little improvement so far other than a lick of paint and a few flat screen tellys. Yes I have seen those plans but that is all they are plans and old Ted had more than enough of them over the years.

I have seen no substantial investment in the playing side. The only real full on effort I have seen from the club is an attempt to get the supporters to dig even deeper into their pockets. So all in all we are just living on promises and hope for the future so lets not get too carried away.

The build will start at the end of season

Why would AG buy top players, for them to leave, if we are not in Super league, AG is playing the waiting game, if we get the nod to stay in super league then I think we will see new players coming in..

And it is every clubs job to get backing from the fans, through lottery, memberships, and through shop....

Other than the improvements that have been made to the ground and the squad, what would you recommend (if it were your money) should be done further?

Getting back to who's been banned that big lad who used to sell tickets by the main gate, for selling his own ticket apparently.
