Suppose u aint read / seen Dan Brown's books/films? Da Vinci code the main one in relation to this...

Anyway on Friday 13th King Philip IV France in 1307 ordered the arrest / subsequent torture and death of many Knight Templars... The king owed them money through the knights helping him in the war v England... And found latching on to some rumours the easy way out of paying them.

This act commonly referred to the origin of the Friday 13th superstition!

Not heard anything definate. Withers crossed the pitch with the other "crocked" players at the Wigan game a couple weeks back, he didn't look to be in too much discomfort and no limp. Sorry I can't be more helpful icon_smile.gif
