Unless we draw Catalan away in the CC then that wont be a problem. Don't think we've had a winger better suited to our game since he left and even at 33 will be better for us than Johnson or Penny.

Semis ability is not in question and I think he was a great player, however we need to be thinking long term and from what I have seen this season we need a line breaker and creativity down the middle. Up to now we have had to take any player available and they have all stood up and been counted,I don't think I have felt as good about Wakey in a long time however we need to start being selective about who we sign and don't sign. I know that we appear to be favourites for going down and that doesn't help,but thats something we now have no control over.

Johnson looks quite good to me to be fair.

And semi did suit our style and hope he still does. One other player who suited the trin play style was Niel law in our youthful Sl years and a certtain wassail sovatabua

I like Johnson and think he looks for work but he may not be available for a while or possibly at all depending on the outcome of his court case.

Little has changed in what we need from a winger and if Law, Sova, Semi are still of an age to do a job for us I would take them every time over Penny, Sampson or Frew. Peter Fox probably had the best mix of pace and power for us the badge kisser...

Why do we have to knock every signing before they have played. Liam Higgins comes to mind and he has played very well to date

Good signing for me. If he can play like he used to he will be a great asset for us.
