Quote: topliss belly dancer "I was just trying to make the point that I am probably the ultimate floating fan. Will only ever watch Trinity given my dads roots in Lupset...but living out of the district (huddersfield/barnsley border) therefore generally miss the clubs 'marketing'. Both me and the lad (12) both play cricket and that takes priority over rugby watching, so season ticket not an option. Already have season tickets at HTFC, Cant be d to find out what a 'silver member' entails. Happy to watch on sky(although dolphin teeth does my swede in) . Would watch a merged club (on the basis they would be more competitive). Want to watch an evenly matched contest with some element of skill and passion. Dont expect us to be world beaters, but an occasional cup run would be good. Come on here to see whats happening... especially recently with all the uncertainty.
Went on Sunday cos my mate offered to call and get tickets. At £16 quid its worth it.. more than that I'd rather be on the golf course, or in the pub, or walking the dog, or a load more other options. Next game I'm definitely going to is Wigan away in July (combining with Blackpool and Northern Rail Final on the Sunday... and a shed load of beer)
Wakefield Trinity is not my life... its part of my life....and has been for 35-40 years. That probably sets me apart from many on here... but to be succesful I am probably the ideal target audience.....Me and about 4 thousand like me are the difference between the core 3,500 and the short term potential audience of 7k'"
Dolphin teeth!!!!!
coffee spitting session!!!!!
£16 is a good call, especially for the squad we have, just enough for the floater and hopefully a compromise price for the club, £20 is steep even for watching world beaters, i appreciate that there are memberships for cheeper tickets, but for the casual one cap does not fit all.
