newgroundb4cas you must be the most fickle fan ever!! I bet you had a similar post saved on your computer that read something like:
"What a debut for Smith, glad John Kear had the bottle to throw him straight in with one leg . . . to the rest of super league hands off the mesiah . . . etc etc"
Your fans, board, coach and players are doing their best to stay positive and pull together. Shame on you!!

I wasn't there, Maybe i cant comment.
But, I remember the Cas fans, In Rangi Chase's first game. He was utter garbage. And look at him now.
Adrian Vowles in his first few games, Was getting similar comments, He went on to be Man of Steel. Sometimes, A player takes time to settle in at a club

How anybody can judge a player on one game i will never know. Why do we turn our players so quickly for?

For the love of god give him a chance to at least settle in, then after half a dozen games there is no clear sign of him offering anything then make a comment.
I for one am glad NGB4C posts on here. It is then that I come to realise that no matter what I may be thought of or called, with him around I can take comfort in the knowledge of knowing while there is life in him, I and many others can never be regarded in the category of the dumbest person on the planet.

I remember when a certain A.Volwes first played for Cas and I couldn't believe he had SOO experience........but after settling in, becoming used to the side he'd joined,............ the rest shall we say is history |
