Due to the recent Wakefield Express headlines relating to a recent signing by Wakefield Trinity,I feel that I must insist that you carry out your duties and EDIT the paper before it goes to press.Surely you cannot have done on this occasion,were you on holiday ?
...or on a day off ?
....perhaps you do not support the Cities leading sporting team,but you should at least show some support in light of the current turmoil that the club has been through,negative press is the last thing that the club need at this time.
I appreciate that nothing sells papers better than a scandalous report,but beware Mr Bradley,you are upsetting the very people that buy your paper and pay your wages,wake up ,sit up and take stock of what is going to print, and think of who you are working for..........the people of Wakefield !
I suggest you take stock of this and no doubt the other e-mails you get from your papers readers relating to this article,remember......YOU are responsible for what is printed in our Citys local paper,and ultimately YOU should be ashamed of the lack of support that you have shown to a good percentage of your patronage.

well here is my 2p worth...

i think it is a disgrace that our local paper, the one who should help us out (if you know what i mean), runs such a negative story. witht he exception of this story (which i was fully aware of), i have heard nothing but good news coming out of the club (and as mentioned on previous threads i cannot believe it!!)

there is so much good news from the club at the moment, they could nearly fill the newspaper.

and as for previous comments on here and elsewhere - i worked for the newspaper for over 10 years (part time) and i can assure you that there are plenty of "skeletons in the closet" in regards to to Johnson Group (wakefield express owners) employees.

If they actually printed up to date news that would be something.
