I think the community dept is the wrong place to look for savings - I'm sure I heard at the stadium info event last year that it pays for itself in terms of the grant income it attracts; am I remembering that correctly?'"
you did hear correctly the community dept is funded from outside the club and also brings in a considerable amount of money

Or, turn the electric scoreboard off! It was on on Tuesday night, displaying 0-0 to an empty ground. Hopefully the Facilities Manager can sort that out.'"
i am not the facilities manager but i believe if the scoreboard is turned off parts fail and it is dearer to replace the parts than the power consumption to leave it on

| I imagine the vultures will be circling around the few prized assets we have on the playing field very shortly.

Looking at our squad, there are only Obst, Murphy, Ferguson and possibly Jeffries who have transfer value and i imagine the total value will be a maximum 200k and i think that is being generous.

| Administration will make them free agents and open to offers from us or anyone else.
Clan will well remember the last CVA with the players being told in one room them going into the next room to be re-signed by Steve Ferris

| But I believe as long as the club is still trading a fee can be charged for transfer as the players are classed as assets. It will be the administrators job to get the best deal. Other clubs though will get them at a fraction of what they might do otherwise.

I don't think it does, last season when Crystal Palace went into admin they sold one of their players to raise funds. Victor Moses I believe it was. I think the Crusaders sold Hauraki to Leeds whilst it admin.
