It's both Eric AND Johnathan who are banned from acting as directors. From memory, they continued trading whilst the company was insolvent, then made attempts to frustrate the officials brought in to sort the mess out. That is why they were given such long banning periods (about 12 years, I believe). Are these really the sort of people we want owning and running the club? People who would happily pull the plug on our long and proud history at the drop of hat just to save a few quid?
