To be honest I love the championship, it is a real competition, which most clubs have a chance of winning, in most cases run on sound financial principles. My club has gone from strength to strength in the last few years.
And if you did come down that would create a big derby that would enhance the league further. Unless you have a big financial backer of crowds of 12,000 plus you will always be feeding off the scraps in super league, where as you have every potential to be fighting for honours year in year out.
I started watching Rovers in 1984 and have seen rovers in the top flight, and I loved it and Missed the buzz of a full post office rd for a while. But I can honestly say that these last few years I have got the buzz back and would be more than happy staying in the championship competing at a level that suits.
