What you mean is Stanley and Outwood East ward doesn't have a high unemployment issues... which would be entirely correct and a FACT! However, the AREA surrounding Newmarket does have actually have a employment problems and if you take the Parliamentary constituency of Morley and Ouwood, it ranks well in the bottom half for all employment in the UK... and that does not count the South Leeds/Rothwell area which also has a problem, has does Eastmoor, Castleford etc, etc!
Actually, they want a stadium for no cost... that is sort of the point!   |

Dropped 30% in value against what exactly??
If they have worked all their life to pay for it -- so say 40 years working life,they purchased the house in 1970 ish.They will still have a nice tidy profit dont you think?
Anyhow thats the chance you take buying property,values can down as well as up.
Nobody forced them to buy,they could have rented a nice 3 bedroom semi on Eastmoor and never had such worries about how much value their home will increase or decrease by. |

You mean the people in Methley who live between 2.5 and 3 miles away from the site and once again the SoS has dismissed those objections already as being not-credible. He does not think it directly effects them so why do you think it does.
