Bottom line is that if NM doesn't get the go ahead, either by the Government saying no or Yorkcourt just going ahead with the industrial aspect, the taxpayers of WMDC pay 150,000 for the failure.

Hatfield is correct. You can set up a Trust/limited company in 4/5 hours.
If a trust to run the Cas Stadium has not been set up already it is not a problem.

But I don't claim to be an expert in any of this, I'm merely asking questions to try and understand how the whole thing works. Show me where you have this info about the Wakefield and District Community Trust and I'll happily believe you.
