Hatfield is correct. You can set up a Trust/limited company in 4/5 hours.
If a trust to run the Cas Stadium has not been set up already it is not a problem.
With regard to your last statement (which may be an attempt at mischief - sorry if I am wrong), I am sure you know that The Wakefield and District Community Trust
is a Private Limited Company
