| I thought it was a really good night and one thing I did notice was a good camaraderie with all the players. They all seem to be focussed on what they are doing regarding training and the forthcoming season. Definitely a better feel about things than last season. The new players all seemed to enjoy it and I thought Korky's dance off against Kev Penny was just edged by the big man. A well organised event and credit to the dancing girls who were all great!

| Best event of its kind the club has ever put on. Havana is a way better location than Mustangs. I thought the night worked very well, the young fans loved their involvment, the MC was great and got the balance of mickey take and serious content just right. The players looked smart and got involved with the fashion show. JK and Morro spoke well and with passion. I thought Francis Stephenson was great, his words in presenting the long service award to the groundsman were spot on. The atmosphere was brilliant, the bar staff thought there was about 600 in, perhaps they would have looked lost in Mustangs. The shop did a great job in having the kit available for everyone to see. Got to say the line of goods available from the shop are the best quality I have seen in RL. Lots of positives. Managed to speak with several of the players and I have got to say they seem to all be on message, happy and determined, the boys from Saints and Wigan are realy up for it and seemed very pleased to be at Trinity.
Nobody in their right mind can expect our squad to be able to compete with Wigan, Leeds, Warrington, Leeds and Huddersfield, And from looking at their squads Hull, Hull KR, Salford, Catalans and Bradford look to strong, On paper Cas, The Welsh and Quins are the teams we must beat, not an easy task. But from what I have seen and heard I know that our boys will give 100% and put some pride in the shirt. We are backed to finish 13th or 14th by the bookies, they may well be right but I think I will enjoy watching our young men play their hearts out and who knows we may just give the odd team a fright.
