To be honest i am disappointed.



Perhaps unrealistically I was looking to seeing a shirt like the one posted on the site a few days ago. These are nothing like.

Can the club not look into the cost of reproducing our original kit, in the old cotton material with simply the club badge on?

I am sure we would be onto a winner.

And give up shirt sponsorship?Get real.

Didn't say that would be the playing kit, just a one off , similar to the one for Toppo.

I like them for what they are, but the home one bears absolutely no resemblance to the heritage shirt, which is a bit disappointing; not quite what I was expecting.

There could be an opportunity to produce a genuine heritage wooly jersey, sans intrusive advertising, but I don't know how many people would actually buy them; I would, but that's hardly justification for an expensive design and production process.

Any other year i would have been happy with both the shirts, like you im dissapointed, i understand the sponsors logo's but IMO its "just another shirt" and not what i had hoped for in our last season at BV.

Difficult for the club to balance these things and if plenty get sold then i'll be happy.

I used to play football in a similar kit for the light blue and was a fav of mine, I like the idea of a bit of gold trim,
the home dark blue based on the old original I can't make up my mind, I bet seeing it on the pitch could sway it, do we know what colour shorts will be worn with both ?
