It might have been mentioned but wondered if anyone who was there knows if the Section 106 (Contract to build stadium before any buildings are brought into use.) was agreed?

I think 46 weeks (from start) was quoted as the earliest completion for the stadium. But as you say it needs to be underway asap.
I was told yesterday that building is expected to start by end of Feb, it will not be finished in time for the next season and an alternative ground will be used for the first few fixtures of that season. |

From Diane today: The build will be between 46 and 52 weeks, the additional time due to possible weather delays to ground works starting in February. Expect to be ready to play on in June 2012. Down to RFL as to whether they'll allow us to play the first few games of 2012 at Belle Vue or insist on a temporary move.
Very big step forward today. Congratulations and thanks to all those who made this happen. Optimism returns to Trinity.
