I know for a thing that when companies don't pay on time it looks bad for them, and when staff are public in their criticism about their company, it also looks bad on them too. See the flak that Chris Moyles got when he criticised his employers.
There needs to be a certain realism about scenarios like this, and as fans we are not going to be privvy to all the details, not now with our current financial situation, not if we had tens of millions sat in the bank either.'"
staff were told they would be paid a few days late and any late charges incurred would be paid for by the club that comes from a member of staff at the club.  |

So have they been paid or not? Do they deserve paying? Seems to me that if we do go down the pan the thing most people will miss is coming on here to moan about how crap everything is. Little advice go down the pub get slowly battered on cheap house vodka and moan about the important things in life the price of lucozade, the general public, work and life in general.

Not necessarily, but there seem to be few offering any kind of solution to what we're going through - and no, none of us are happy with the situation - it's crap - the only difference seems to be that some have a greater awareness / understanding of the issues and give a little more respect to those that are trying to deal with them.
I sincerely hope that at the end of all this we can come out as a stronger club, with a broader management base and with that all important OPP in place - then, and only then imo, we have genuine opportunity to secure the future we all crave! |

Slightly OT but as you talk about a succesfull future, what's going on with regard to talkover/new investor? Seems to have gone a bit quiet lately. No ones putting rumours on or heard if there's anyone still talking to the club |
