i appreciate this. and coming from a medical background... (allbeit a crrently student one) i can understand given his condition why he isnt the size he once was and that he has done remarkably well to get back to playing. i think this was shown when he came on against bradford on his return.
but, i think after this season, emotional ties need to be put to one side and you have to look at things realistically, and he isnt big enough to be a prop. he is constantly being pushed back. and he is throwing too many stupid offloads. on a positive note i think he would work as a running second row.... however, he still needs to be bigger than this year, and if he is having surgery, then i think his size and strength will be further put back.
he will be here next year i think due to his contract. but he shouldnt be playing prop.
