I understand Dowes has been offered a new deal by Hull but on reduced terms. Likewise Radford has been offered one year but wants two. If Radford signs I would expect Dowes to become available, especially if we sign Fielden as is rumoured.
Dowes is not a block-busting tackle breaking prop and is limited in terms of go forward but is very good defensively and does a lot of good work largely unnoticed.

What's wrong with that?
As for Fielden, there are those on the Hull board who are much more "in the know" than me who are confident he's coming to Hull. |
