Well let's hope that they can work hard on basic skills that are taught to most kids at school, because that's what seems to be lacking.
I would suggest that if Kear is to keep his job, he could do a lot worse than spend the off-season watching videos of other sides to see what an easy game this is if you get the basic skills right.

If we saw any of these next season I'd be much happier, basic skills that any coach worth his salt can see that we don't do.
