You all don't see the problem, it is easy to blame the coaching staff and players even though they keep getting changed. It is time for the chairman and his cronies to move.

The current chairman is on record saying he didn't think Gareth Ellis was a very good player! Yet he determines who comes and who stays and any coach who may disagree gets sacked. I would assume that JK hasn't disagreed yet hence he still has the job.
