TBF,I agree and posted it before kick off,another mind boggling team selection.
Its a seventeen man game and it really is time Kear woke up to this and stopped making these crazy team selections.
That in essence is about the 4/5 time this season Kear has selected a bench that has seriously hampered the overall balance of the team.I stated after the Quins victory,that one win wouldnt convince me we had turned the corner in regards of Kear and his coaching,but tonight confirms he is losing the plot.

Once again JK puts out a team charged with tactics which proved adequate to win the game - but for a rush of blood from Gleeson just before half time with the unneccessary pass to Blanch and any number of barn pot errors from Latu. Im staggered that people really believe that getting beat by 6 at Headingly, under such circumstances, is JKs fault.

A team that suffers massive distuption to their season and suffers a six match losing streak. Then makes a convincing return to winning ways against a side with renewed confidence. Followed by matching try for try THE form side of the competition on their home ground.

You should be giving him a medal. From wondering if we could stay above bottom place to realistic contenders for play-offs (again) and all with no money. What do you want from a coach??

Snowie,firstly,if the club was to collapse if Kear went,that doesnt really say much about us.It also smacks of one man being bigger than the club.Im brassed off listening at games to supporters saying Kear saved us from relegation -- how many years will it be until this debt to Kear is considered to have been repaid???

Im not knocking the effort,im knocking the team selection by Kear.It appears he will do anything to accomodate certain players,eg JD,however poor they have been.His overall team selection tonight had us at a disadvantage straight from the kick off -- irrespective of the weather. and this is now 4/5 times he has selected a bench that even Stevie Wonder could see is plain dumb coaching.
