That Jeff Lima looked a real hand full when i watched Melbourne at the weekend and he's been offered a release by the club,he'd be a good replacement for Tronc.

Finch and Tolman for me..I was very impressed with Tolman last season and in world club challenge they have been tipping him for the green and golds this year...

Refering to the last paragraph, Tolman, Fich and Lima would be very nice and certainly give us something to shout about!! Maybe time to be ruthless and release some of our underperforming overseas "stars" to accomodate them??

The only issue if it’s the clubs decision to release a player it costs money and counts towards the salary cap.

Of the imports, Latu, Demetriou and Morrison are O.O.C this year so perhaps would be the cheapest, but out of those three only Morrison counts towards the Quota and to be fair he has been one of the better players so far. There is one Quota spot left without having to release anyone.

Whatever we do if we are to look at signing players we need to move quick as i think Melbourne will need a hotline for all the calls they are going to get.
