As shareholders, what rights do you actually have?
Ok you can see your copy of the accounts, if they send you one! And you can attend an agm, and voice your opinion over whatever it is that is bothering you at the time.
I for one would never buy shares in a business that didn't take any notice of it's shareholders, didn't keep them uptodate with how the business was doing, and future business development. A business where if you are dissatisfied with the leadership of the CEO, you can't vote them out.
Basically, share issue in clubs like ours are begging letters, I applaud anyone willing to stump up their hard earned, however I question their logic, but hey that's rugby!!!!
So again I ask the question, your rights????
