Surely Cooke would not have agreed to come to Wakefield if JK was thinking of accepting the England job. If I were Cooke I would have been looking for certain assurances on that front or am I just putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5.

Looked OK - couple of big haymaking balls outwide where a bit off the mark but all in all it could have been worse. Decent game to ease yourself into I think.
